Shipping Rates

For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $6.20 regardless of the weight of the package. In the majority of case, we use USPS Ground Advantage. However, from time-to-time, we may use other USPS shipping options, UPS, or FedEx depending on cost and your location.

Orders Fulfilled by Our Dropshipping Partners

Some of the items you order might be fulfilled directly by the clothing brand from their own fulfillment centers. This means:

Processing and Transit Times: The time it takes to process and ship your order may vary from our usual timeframe. Each brand’s fulfillment center operates independently, potentially leading to different processing speeds and shipping methods.

Shipping Services: These brands might use different carriers or shipping services than Afterglow Market typically uses, which could affect the delivery times and tracking process.

Multiple Packages: Since dropshipping items are sent directly from the supplier or manufacturer, if your order includes multiple items from different dropshipping partners or a combination of direct shipments and dropshipped goods, each may be shipped separately. As a result, your items could arrive in multiple packages and at different times.

Packaging Differences: The packaging might not be consistent with Afterglow Market’s branding, as each dropshipping partner uses their own packaging materials and designs.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Afterglow Market, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy outlined below.

In Store Purchases

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt for exchange or store credit, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Online Purchases

30-Day Returns and Exchanges: Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, and include all original tags.

Exchanges: Exchanges are easy and free. Simply return your item and choose another item of your preference.

Refunds: Prefer a refund? Return the item and only pay a flat shipping fee of $6.20.

Apply It to a Gift Card: Not ready to shop now? Return your item and opt to put the balance on a gift card. We’ll even cover the shipping costs for you.

Exclusions:
Gift Cards, Clearance, and Markdown Items

All purchases made are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This policy stands unless the item is found to be faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you are entitled to a return or exchange as per our normal policy for faulty items.

Instadeals

All purchases made through Instadeals are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This policy stands unless the item is found to be faulty. If you receive a faulty item, you are entitled to a return or exchange as per our normal policy for faulty items.

BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Promotions
We occasionally offer "buy one, get one" (BOGO) promotions to provide our customers with extra value and savings.
Full-Price Item Return: If you decide to return a full-price item from your BOGO purchase, it is eligible for an exchange or store credit only within 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt. The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. The exchange or store credit amount for the returned full-price item will be equivalent to the item's original purchase price.
50% Discounted Item Return: If you choose to return the discounted item (the "get one" part of the BOGO offer), it is eligible for an exchange or store credit only within 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt. The exchange or store credit amount for the a 50% off item will be equal to the amount paid for the item.
Free Item Return: Free items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Faulty Goods:

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact our customer service team before shipping the product back to us. Alternatively, you can bring the item into our store. We reserve the right to examine the item and determine whether it's faulty.

Process:

To initiate a return for items purchased online, please contact our customer service team with the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return. We will then provide instructions for returning your item(s). You can also return items by bringing them directly into the store.

Return Shipping: 

For online orders, we will cover the cost for the return shipping associated with exchanges and where the balance is applied to a gift card. If you would like a refund, you will be charged a flat shipping rate of $6.20. All returned item(s) remain your responsibility until they reach us.
